As a result of the sensitive and fragile nature of our products, our Refunds & Returns Policy is structured to ensure the integrity and quality of the items we deliver while maintaining customer satisfaction. Please read the following terms carefully to understand our policy on refunds and returns.

1. No Returns Policy

Due to the specialized nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Peptides, proteins, and amino acid derivatives are highly sensitive and can be compromised by exposure to external factors, which makes them unsuitable for resale once shipped. Therefore, we cannot accept any returns for products once they have been delivered.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We take great care in packing our products, but we understand that issues may arise during shipping. If you receive an order that is not what you expected, or if the products are damaged in transit, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Email our customer support team at service@peptidesciencehub.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Provide Documentation: Include clear photos of the damaged products or incorrect items, as well as the packing slip. This will help us assess the situation and take prompt action.
  • Resolution: Upon review, we will offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund for the affected products.

3. Missing Items

If your order is missing an item, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will check our records and ensure that any discrepancies are resolved. In the case of an item being out of stock, we will provide you with an update and discuss potential alternatives or solutions.

4. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at service@peptidesciencehub.com. If the order has already been shipped, we will not be able to process a cancellation.

Once an order is in transit, it cannot be canceled, and the Refunds & Returns Policy will apply. If you do not receive the correct or undamaged product, please follow the steps outlined above under “Damaged or Incorrect Orders.”

5. Refunds

We strive to ensure that every order is processed efficiently and accurately. However, we understand that in some cases, refunds may be necessary. Please note the following:

  • Refunds will only be issued for damaged, incorrect, or missing items (as described above).
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund for the affected item(s).
  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.
  • Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days of the approval of the return/replacement.

6. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order and require a replacement, we will cover the cost of shipping for the replacement item(s). However, if you simply change your mind or wish to return a product for other reasons, the cost of shipping (including return shipping) will be your responsibility.

7. Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges. If you receive the wrong product or a damaged item, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund as outlined above. If you wish to order a different product, we recommend placing a new order.

8. Order Accuracy

It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your order before completing the purchase. Please double-check the products, quantities, and shipping details in your cart before submitting your order. If you notice any errors after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate changes to your order if the shipment has not yet been processed.
